- MRMr RoaDec 23, 20251.0Came here to Order in person at 10:35 a girl so named herself Isabelle was really rude. I was making a simple order and told her i wanted to cut my sandwich in half 1 for me and 2 year old toddler. I asked to separate and she didn't ask she just put siracha on the whole order. It wasnt a big deal could have been Fixed. Then she Practically said it was my Fault and my 2 year old Toddler dosent matter. To go elsewhere/ order online. She didn't want to serve me and her attitude was more of Get the heck out i dont care/ i dont want to serve you. She basically said you dont matter. Its Frustrating since weve always came here with my family. Always ordering Alot! And live Near by now i feel we can not trust this Location anymore. We usually order dozens for family. Now i have to tell everyone i know, to stay away from here :( There goes our neighborhood shop. They also Tampered with my food last time on a Online order they purposely overloaded the sandwiches drenched wet. And literally smashed the Bread down. The reason i was here today to avoid that. These Employees Love to mess with your orders here. This isnt funny your messing with peoples food.
- LCLeeanna ChesdapanDec 12, 20253.0It's been a while since I've eaten here. I had a meatball sandwich. The last time, the meatballs were quite large bathed in covered by a large slice of cheese. Honey, they shrunk the meatball. The meatballs are more like marbles with some sauces and a smaller version of a slice of cheese. Although, still tasty for a hot sandwich, it wasn't the same experience as it's previous version offered. They do accept snap food benefits for payment.

I really commend her for working hard ..& all by herself might I add!!! She made our subs exactly as we requested without any pushback. The store was clean & all of their ingredients were very fresh. I wish I knew about this location prior to going to all the other locations that aren’t too friendly, clean, and helpful… this will def be my go to from now on!!!
- JRJose RiosOct 19, 20255.0Great service and sub, the only 24hrs one around just depends on if they are taking orders through the app since sometimes it's down. Place the order before I left work and it was done by the time I arrived (did stop next door for donuts)
