I always order through the app to collect points, but I still like to walk through and build my sandwich with the associate ..the associate said it was ok …a guy from the back comes through speaking in Spanish & the lady that was helping switched the bread but we continued building the sandwich .. she did not double my meat or cheese per my order & what I paid for .. .. the bread was as hard as a brick once I actually touched it… all in all I should’ve took my business elsewhere as well as my tip, the food & customer service was not up to par … they weren’t welcoming at all & I tipped based off of my request not the service what so ever .. & she even seemed bothered to provide me with change to leave a tip
