- JZJudith ZavalaNov 4, 20251.0At first the staff seemed nice. I got confused how the lady took my order and I didn’t understand her. I have a learning disability and sometimes I just need a little support on how to understand something. I’m used to the routine bread, cheese, toasted, veggies then sauces. She confused me by doing veggies before toasting and I said I’ll wait after it gets toasted and she yelled at me and said yes it’ll get toasted but if I want onions or peppers. She then proceeded to confuse me again with the sauces. I brushed it off but then I asked if there was soup and she asked her coworker and her coworker said no. Then they spoke about the other customers bacon and the lady asked if I wanted some I said no bacon I already ordered. She then yelled and said, “NO NOT THE BACON THE SOUP, DO YOU WANT THE SOUP OR NOT”. I then brushed it off again and felt like crying. After paying she asked if I wanted the receipt, I said yes please she then struggled to put the receipt in the bag. I said I can take it, it’s okay. She then threw it at me and left frustrated. After I got home I realized she filled my soup only a quarter. I wouldn’t have taken it if I knew there was nothing… this was at 9:28pm. I can’t find the name of the lady who served my on the receipt.
