I felt disrespected and uncomfortable while trying to place my order. I hope the management can provide better training for staff so customers are treated politely.

The staff member who assisted me was rude and arrogant, showing unnecessary attitude instead of being polite and helpful. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would have given it for this service. Customer service is very important, and I hope management takes steps to improve this.

I come here often and he is always in good spirits. I will keep coming back. Especially with there daily deals.
