So I came to this location on mission riverside I order my food and spent over $86 dollars and I took two bills of 50 to pay and they didn't received of because they don't larger bill only 20s and down which is pretty stupid because I'm spending more than 75 dollars. For that reason I give this place a 1 star review.

Missing sauces (that I paid extra for). Cinnamon buns that came with no icing at all on it. Wrong cheese bread was sent. Buffalo wings barely had any sauce on it. All he offered was a $2 "coupon" that I could use as an in store order but not valid for an online order.. it's 2025 come on. And only $2?? Ridiculous.

The manager (young woman, REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME) was caught LYING, mocking a person with a hearing impairment, and showing blatant, childish arrogance when I came to pick up a DoorDash order. The situation escalated when a second manager (Name "Beth") COVERED UP the misconduct and accused me of having a 'FAKE NAME.' I offered to verify my ID with the police, and young woman manager still REFUSED TO IDENTIFY HERSELF. This is not bad service; this is DISCRIMINATORY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNETHICAL behavior. Corporate needs to step in and fire the manager immediately. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
