This isn't a one-off thing-it happens every time she's on shift. She runs the whole counter like a joke. She's constantly laughing and messing around with her crew, but when we approach, the whole interaction is built on provocation and disrespect. She refuses to explain or even try to understand why drivers sometimes don't have the exact Pizza Hut bag. Here's the deal: we work for the delivery company, not for Pizza Hut. If our app/company doesn't provide a specific pizza bag, you can't enforce some ridiculous, policy on us! It's completely unreasonable to demand we follow internal Pizza Hut contracts. Her attitude is consistently one of mockery and complete indifference. Get it together, Pizza Hut. This manager needs serious training on how to treat delivery partners professionally, not like a laughing stock. It's killing your business and your reputation with Dashir/Uber drivers.
