- JJJohnFeb 26, 20261.0The manager on duty (female) on 2/25 around 6 PM was rude and dismissive. The bread was hard, the tables were sticky and dirty, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. I went to The Habit (nearby) the very next day and honestly had to come back and update this review because the difference was huge. The Habit was clean, organized, and the customer service was genuinely friendly and professional. You can clearly see the contrast. This location needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
