I got some kind of bagel meal and the hazelnut coffee. Service was great. Atmosphere... well, it's a Panera Bread. The people watching was pretty good.

One sandwich was made wrong, other sandwich had the meat falling out the side of the bread, soup was great, bacon Mac & cheese had no bacon, muffin was scrumptious! Took far too long to get our order. Too many people in there studying or working on a laptop with nothing but a drink in front of them. We got the last open table in the place so we offered to share with an elderly lady who was looking desperately for a place to sit. She was wonderful company! Two tables near us were engaged in business meetings, again with nothing but drinks in front of them. Lady next to us was tutoring students, many students, elementary school age, coming in and out...again not ordering anything! BTW, I would've had our food made right but considering how long it took to get it in the first place, I didn't have the time.
