  They only give 2 dipping sauces for the 10 piece nugget meal where most McDonald's give 3, which was annoying because I didn't use ketchup with fries. They were very busy and got food prepared quickly which was a plus.

  EVERY Single Time!!!! I don’t come here often, and I live down the street, my order is ALWAYS messed up! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! My orders are simple. 2 orders of 2 for $6 Sausages McM and three hash browns. What do I get? 3 Sausage McM and 2 hash browns…. Like what???? The other time it was 2 cheeseburger happy meals w/extra fries and a #1 Big Mac, I get 1 cheeseburger HM a 4pc Happy Meal and a Bigmac w/no fries 🥴. Who the hell runs this place? This franchisee needs to pay attention to his locale 🤦🏻‍♂️

  This place can be hit or miss. Sometimes service is fast, but more often than not, it feels slow and disorganized. I really miss when Katie managed the store, things ran so much smoother and the experience was consistently better under her leadership. The food quality is inconsistent as well; some days it’s great, other days it’s just average. I hope the management can get back on track, because with the right team, this location has a lot of potential.

  I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I clearly requested that my burger be made WITHOUT pickles and onions due to personal preference, yet when I opened it, both were piled on like my request didn’t matter at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for food and have such a simple instruction completely ignored. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and had absolutely no salt—completely bland and unappetizing. It honestly felt like no care or attention was put into preparing the order. The service only added to the negative experience. The staff seemed uninterested, inattentive, and unwilling to fix the mistake promptly. Customers should not have to double-check their food every time because basic accuracy and quality should be the standard. This visit was a huge letdown.
