  Ordered the new big arc and a separate item. They charged me for a big Mac instead of the new burger. I told them they made an error when they handed me a big Mac I told them I asked for a big arc instead. When they handed me the bag, they only gave me the big arc and didn't deliver my 2nd item. They said both items combined is around the same price as the big arc by itself, but in actuality I only received a big arc and paid more than I should have for that 1 iem. They didn't give me my 2nd item for the trouble or at LEAST refund me the difference, absolutely stupid.

  Tried the new arch. Way under staffed had to wait like 10 min for an item ordered in app. They need to go listen to the old McDonald's song

  I ordered the new Bacon Hot Honey McChicken Sandwich today. You know what it was missing? The bacon AND the hot honey. And this is the final nail in the coffin for this location for me. I have been patient. I've tried to be understanding. But it never fails that this location never gets the order 100% correct. For breakfast, they have given me the wrong sandwiches or incorrect amount of hash browns. For other food, they fail to follow the modifications I make to food. Like just simply adding more pickles. The fries constantly taste inconsistent. From either under cooked to over salted. And you better make sure you have the condiments or utensils you asked for. And the actual employees just never greet you or express anything. Just flat monotone and procedural. And when I have expressed these concerns before, they don't apologize and just bring me the food I asked with nothing else but a "here you go". So if you can go to any other location, I ask you to do so. Avoid this location. And I just decided to lose the $7 for Bacon Hot Honey sandwich because that's how much I have just accepted that this location just doesn't care at all

  Worst place, you ask for bbq sauce and they tell you oh we put some in the bag and nothing, you ask for a 6 kids pcs chicken nugget kids meal you get a 4 pcs instead, como on you people making over 20$ and hour get the order correct.

  I came in there two days ago went at 6 o’clock in the morning got freezing cold food bread was hard and ice cold look like the food has been sitting was old food. I called in complaint and spoke to a male manager. He sounded young. He told me that I can come back and get anything because I told him that breakfast was over and that’s pretty messed up And that I was at work and I couldn’t come back until later for the food. He said no problem you come back give your name and you can order anything off the menu so I came today. 2-5-26 while waiting at the speaker in the drive-through for over 10 minutes, they finally respond after me screaming in the speaker forever asking hello is somebody there? Somebody gonna take my order after telling them my situation and giving me my name they refused my remake order calling me a liar Laughing on the speaker and leaving me waiting for an extra 10 minutes allowing other people to drive past me as there was two speakers in the drive-through I asked to speak to the manager and then she refused to give her name. She took over five minutes while I was waiting at the speaker in the drive-through to give me her name I had to demand her Manager‘s name which is completely unprofessional and not allowed when you are asking for a manager‘s name they have to give it to you. She finally gave me the name after explaining to her that I will find out who’s the manager, no matter what as in the date and the time she finally then gave me her name and said Katrina, . Patrina So unprofessional and completely uncalled for Treating somebody like that, knowing that you messed up the order giving me cold food that I couldn’t eat telling me that give your name and you can come back and we will remake whatever order you want and then calling me a liar and refusing me to remake an order
