Arrived at 3pm to order 3 orders of fries and am barely leaving now at 3:40pm. Manager refused to speak to my wife and ignored us when we asked for ranch and ketchup.

This place sucks if you’re a delivery driver. Every night, I get orders from them when they are closed and none of the gagaloons working here seem to know how to turn their stupid computer off so I don’t have to waste my time driving here.
Management, if you’re reading this for some reason - would be surprised if you guys ever did your job here - start turning your damn machines off so we don’t have to waste our time. It would help your customers, too, as I’m sure I’m not the only one getting pissed about their time being wasted.
Or don’t. You’re a McDonalds, so the money’s gonna come in either way.

Placed an app order Saturday morning. Random once in a blue moon breakfast order for the family. I arrive at the McDonald’s, which you have to do before you check in, and I check in, and I wait. And wait. And wait. After about 25 minutes (what was I thinking? It’s busy, give them time) I ask the young guy running the orders to the cars about my order. He takes a picture of my phone and order and goes inside, runs back out and keeps asking for more info (3 times) so eventually I go inside. There’s a young lady in there, immediately hostile and rude. They don’t have my order. Did I place it at the right McDonald’s? Yes. She goes to the area where they have the orders, picks up my suddenly reappearing order. I ask for manager number, she says she can’t give it to me. I ask for corporate number, she tells me I can walk around to where the drive through line is and get it. Really? This is McDonald’s customer service. I finally get my order, 40 minutes of waiting. I ask, so what happened to my order? Someone dropped the ticket with my order. No apology from the rude employee, nothing. Truly a disappointment. Won’t be visiting this McDonald’s again. I understand things happen, but you handle them with professionalism, not rudeness. Do better in hiring.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 15 people working behind the counter and not a single person acknowledged me for about 10 min before I realized my order had just been sitting there on the other side of the counter. Only 1 employee was actually helpful after grabbing his attention. Even the manager was standing there and was not helpful.

Unfortunately this is the second time I have bad experience in this particular location. I ordered using their kiosk, total of 3 CHEESEburgers, one of them with everything, double patty. I got back 1 patty burger, ripped apart, tomato literally outside the burger. Very sloppy made, the presentation was horrible. I returned it so they can remake it. When I got another one, and obviously they could add the second patty, but this time, it was missing the cheese.. I told a young guy wearing a red shirt ( dont know if he was GM) and he said they ran out of cheese. I was like, you could have told me before, im paying for all these ingredients. He came up with this excuse. I simply told him I prefer my money back on that burger combo. These young employees need more training in being more attentive towards customers. We can be right infront them by the cashier and they won't acknowledge you, litterly ignore you. I had to say " excuse me" so they can look up and help you. This happened on Wed. Dec 3rd around 4pm. Please do better!
