The only reason I am giving any stars at all is because of Riley. On Feb 4, 2026, he provided great customer service and was very helpful when my husband inquired about the long wait for our food.
Unfortunately, he seems to be carrying the team. Shout out to Riley for his hard work and great attitude. He was the only person bagging "to go" orders and serving the people in the dining area. He was doing an incredible job under all that pressure. He was very apologetic. I told him stop to apologizing for being the only one out there working.
The management, however, was a total letdown. We watched a manager, Delaney, walk slowly in the restaurant, went straight through the kitchen, and to the back while looking at her phone. She came out to show another employee something on her phone while orders were backed up. When my husband tried to say "excuse me" to ask about our food, she loudly announced she wasn't working, dismissed him and walked away.
A second manager was also there, but she was completely unapproachable. She had a mean look on her face and ignored my husband entirely, making no effort to help or even acknowledge him.
It’s disappointing to see people in leadership act so unprofessionally in front of guests while the frontline staff like Riley is left doing all the work and clearly overwhelmed.
The floors were filthy and needed to be swept and mopped, and the restrooms were in need of cleaning. It is clear that Delaney and the other the manager needs serious leadership training. It’s shameful to watch managers play on their phones and glare at customers while a single employee like Riley is left to do all the work in a dirty restaurant.
I am in leadership as well and would never leave my team without proper support and in my experience, a manager should never be "off the clock" the moment a customer is seeking assistance, and especially when their staff is overwhelmed. Riley deserves better support than this.
… This was completely unacceptable. As soon as I opened the bag, I could already tell the bread was extremely hard just by touching it. When I lifted the bun, I saw that it was badly burnt on the inside. The bread was so hard that I couldn’t even eat it, I felt sick. Considering the price, I expect to receive food that’s properly prepared and edible. Food in this condition should never be served to customers. This shows a serious lack of quality control, and I won’t be ordering again.
Food was fresh no complaints.

Arrived at 3pm to order 3 orders of fries and am barely leaving now at 3:40pm. Manager refused to speak to my wife and ignored us when we asked for ranch and ketchup.
This place sucks if you’re a delivery driver. Every night, I get orders from them when they are closed and none of the gagaloons working here seem to know how to turn their stupid computer off so I don’t have to waste my time driving here.
Management, if you’re reading this for some reason - would be surprised if you guys ever did your job here - start turning your damn machines off so we don’t have to waste our time. It would help your customers, too, as I’m sure I’m not the only one getting pissed about their time being wasted.
Or don’t. You’re a McDonalds, so the money’s gonna come in either way.
