  Went to this location for the second time in about 6 months . I don’t understand why both times I’m waiting 10 min for a cheeseburger . Today same thing happened and they asked me to move up and wait . The food comes out and the fries were cold and so salty I’m sure it spiked my cholesterol. The chicken nuggets were cold so what did I wait 10 min for ?! I tell the girl I just want a refund at this point it’s been 15 min then I go in and take another 5 min for the refund . I told the manager about the food and he wouldn’t even look at me and just said sorry. The inside of the place was trashy. I do not recommend eating at this McDonald’s. I just don’t understand how I waited for food that’s already cooked.

  The guys working there were great! Great customer service and fast ! Awesome employees! I don’t usually do reviews but couldn’t resist.

  Out of ranch, buffalo or bbq sauce for the nuggets. My drink was not fully filled to the top and the lady working the drive thru said it’s bc the coke machine is not working? That makes no sense. Then I had to come back bc they forgot my apple pie. The lady in the drive thru had her AirPod in her ear without a care, how is that professional? Then mistakes like these happen and the customer has to come back bc they mess up their orders. Bad location

  Almost every time I go through the drive thru they make me park my car and wait to receive my order. They are too slow!

  Simply the most expensive McDonald's but locations you would expect to pay like Magic Mountain and PCH in Newport Beach... Santa Monica are less or on par with Riverside/Moreno Valley??? Guess demographics be darned! Double quarter pound deluxe is about $12.85 on West Pico Santa Monica reasonably? It's $16.85 on Canyon springs in Riverside but im sure all the McDonald's owned by Riverside Mangione Inc are similarly priced! The store on Indiana in Riverside across from In n Out is really expensive better off going to In N Out. But my main gripe is the cleanliness of Men's Restroom! There to as most days same urine stains in front of urinal like yesterday and saw maintenance guy go in with mop he mopped the toilet stall but didn't think to quickly mop the front off urinal. Long story short contacted about this issue to no avail. Unlike other owners like Palm Springs, Redlands and South Bay LA its all about profits!
