    Mc Donald’s, Mer#577907 I want to say this is the worst location I even been too in the history of Mc Donald location. First, I came to this location for a 10 piece nugget. After waiting around 20 minutes in drive through I got my food. When I pull off that when I noticed no sauce or condiments were in the bag. I understand happens but upon further inspection I noticed my large fry was a medium. When told the cashier that it wasn’t a large she told me it was. She immediately got frustrated with me when I asked for a refund. Upon getting her manager I wanted to validate my fry was indeed a medium which was confirmed. Finally, when trying to provide associates feedback about my experience she kindly shut me down and told me have a good day as if I was in the wrong.

    I orded a happy meal and waited for almost an hour in the mobile pick up spot. Go to the mcdonalds by perris and hemlock. (Edit: got the food and it was cold. The burger had stale bread and the cheese stuck to the wrapper)

    This place is always crowded because it's close to the Mall, slow slow service, definitely need more employees.
