  This is probably on of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to their service was terrible the young girl who took our order was rude she took our order got it wrong then proceeded to have attitude. Then the store manager was terrible being unable to provide both of their names so they would not get in trouble. If you are thinking about going here I do think you should reconsider

  I wish I would have took pictures but I had the best deluxe breakfast it makes the perfect breakfast sandwich with bacon putting the eggs and sausage and the English muffin together having a hash brown on the side is also a deal and then pancakes remember to ask for strawberry jelly and that little pop of fruit with the pancakes is perfect it's a way better deal at under $8 then most of their meal deals combined and if you order to the drive-thru with the app you can get an iced coffee large for 99 cents so the whole meal is around $9 and some change it's like super perfect

  Took the family to Castle Park for the day. Of course ended that day with the kids getting McDonald's. I mis-ordered an item (my error) and upon trying to re-order and pay, the shift manager/supervisor comped the item out of service. I run a fast casual restaurant chain as their Operations Director....and I can honestly say that I am impressed by the level of service coming from a fast food chain. This is what I preach to our management. Not your standard McDonald's. This one is definitely training their team members on CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, not just customer service. Kudos to management here and their standards. Simple, polite, and unconditional hospitality.

  3am place an on line order for a tot of cookies for a friend of mine that was crashing out because his door dashed order “left his order of cookies at the gate to his apartment “ placed a online order for another tot of cookies at the 24 hour drive thru McDonald’s location 10141 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503. Got to that location and nothing.. store opened lights on but no one… drove to this other McDonalds location I didn’t get any names but the girls working this morning 02/05/26 took care of my order made the order fresh!!!! & didn’t make me pay for the order again.. thank u girls so much for your big help of not only getting me a new fresh order of cookies for my friend in need but making the whole experience above and beyond! I can’t thank you enough!!!
