    Lobby is closed, but there is no indication of that on the app. I ordered breakfast before heading in to work and walked in. I guess a sign was posted on another door? Workers are rude. I was told I would have to pick up my order through the drive-thru. There wasn't anyone at the window at that time I walked up and they refused to serve me my food that I ordered! After a few minutes my order was filled and I won't return.

    Entire staff is delayed. The store is run by children who have obviously never been taught manners. Terrible service. I will be calling every corporate number I can find. Way to go Juan.

    Not much to say about a McDonald's, the food is the same everywhere but one thing about this particular location is they always seem to get the order wrong in some way. They'll forget an item, give you the wrong item/size or completely omit something (never added to the order) It's not a big deal for me personally but if you're ordering in the drive thru for a group, it can be annoying. Despite the drive thru getting backed up quickly, they do attend you in a timely manner still.

    Well for the first time I go to McDonald's in Riverside and let me tell u NO BIG MACS, made me wonder damm no human meat! So I then ordered the quarter pounder supposedly with Cheddar cheese, omg the best tasting burger!!!! Better than a big Mac, the meat is so juicy but still makes me wonder why they taste better than the ones we grill... But over all the quarter pounder the best first time tasting one. Never bought anything but a big Mac but now quarter pounder will be my box of meat!
