- RARose AsherMar 3, 20262.0Ordered a three-piece chicken plate, with beans and a salad. When I got home there was no salad so I called I was upset because this is a third time that they mess up my order so the guy on the phone Jose told me he was the general manager and that he would give me a three-piece replacement meal. I called a few days later he was there showed up with my receipt and what I got was extremely disappointing. Two dried up chicken wings with hardly any meat, and a drumstick the size of my middle finger. It was also extremely crispy not moist at all like it normally is. I'm not going back to this Pollo loco I felt like they pulled a fast one on me.
