    i ordered the street corn burrito bowl and was charged for the street corn salad. i didn’t realize till i got home and opened the bad that i was given the wrong item and charged for it. i went back to re order the correct item and offered to pay the difference and they gave me the wrong order AGAIN!!! i was given queso crunch burrito bowl not the street corn burrito bowl. This isn’t the first time im given a wrong item at this location!!! Such an inconvenience having to go back twice and not satisfied because they messed up . not sure how they misheard TWICE when i clearly specifically ordered the street corn burrito bowl and got TWO complete different items. Waste of gas and time and i’m still left hungry:(

    Everytime I go I always receive 1 or 2 sauces when I clearly ask for more. I tried online and they are still stingy with their sauces. Also my last bowl had completely burnt charcoal chicken. Not cool at all!

    Very disappointed with this place, it seems that the workers just waste time behind the counter with nobody overseeing the cleanliness of the place. I place my order using the Kiosk which is convenient, they were calling orders for pick up for orders that were placed after mine, it took 15 minutes for the order to be ready, I had to ask them about the status of the order several times. The chicken pieces were dry, they should have thrown them to the trash instead of serving them to us. The men's bathroom was filthy: no toilet paper, no toilet seat covers, no hand papers to dry the hands. My wife told me the women's bathroom was also filthy. The place is a magnet to homeless people, they come to use the drink machines for free soda and ice using their filthy cups, these machines should be out of customer's reach, take them out and keep them behind the counter. Tables were filthy, dirty, trash bins were full, employees just behind the counter doing their "Ha Ha" talk. There used to be an African American women manager in that location and things were clean, employees were doing the job properly, no longer this manager is there. It is a shame that there is no supervisor that oversees the operation of that location.

    the Canyon Springs ELP location has got to be the worst of them; notice they have that barrier that's been around a while? Have you also noticed the EBT system is just one big rout where nobody will help when you're standing there trying to complete an order by yourself? Food quality is declining. they're all robots. they don't smile. And it's the customer who's trying to be polite. Last order a young tall blond not only included items not in our original order but was snippy when we asked fot he misding salsa, we ordered originally. this location just tells you to go away. amA sensible consumer is worried to be scowled at and ignored which is not true customer service ever intended as. Those automatic kiosks are not a blessing. if you've had trouble with EBT not only will nobody will help- heck, they can't even see you- but it's becoming the automated standard at the Crazy Chicken. Jack in The Crack same, employees will not assist. When nobody does a customer has to walk out. And actually the less salsa cups the better as they contribute to the landfill problems, public spaces trash, and more as a true shame. How'd you like to be served then told to go away by a robot? No matter how many times a customer says please, thank you, excuse me, they get the cold shoulder. As far as their delivery you never know what's going to be missing, or if they will get it right of which there are rare occasions. There are some good ELP locations but these restaurant outlets are going to be another uniform disappointment one day, is how it looks. Get orders right, smile, don't hide from customers or at as automated disinterested humans ungrateful to have a job at all in today's economy. Improve food quality or lower your prices.

    Went in today and ordered food from the drive thru got soft and crunchy tacos ,salad and a 16 pc meal mix with sides . Asked for mashed potatoes,rice and corn for sides .The gravy was watery like they just added gravy mix to water and not cooked it and instead of corn they gave me beans , the mashed potatoes were chunky . My crunchy tacos were oily like they were dipped in oil and put straight on foil . I go there often and this is the first time my food is all wrong . They need to get better cooks.
