The location is awful—one way in, one way out, and terrible parking. They use cones to block the exit making you drive down a one way ally! And who blasts Mexican Banda music at 7:30 a.m. like it’s a nightclub?

The can does not have a nitrous cartridge in it so you are not getting a fresh source of nitrogen to complete the “Nitro Cold brew Process”. This is very upsetting, Dutch Bros shouldn’t be advertising nitro cold brew. I also find no difference between the regular or nitro, but haven’t tasted them side by side.

Theres 10 of them in there and cant make 10 drinks in under 15minutes. This is how my drink came out. I got a Hazelnut Truffle Mocha Cold Brew Blended. Its all watery and half of it is just bubbly. Doesnt taste like anything but water with a small hint of mocha. This is the drinks theyre serving to costumers.

One person is working the left line the person that’s working the right line I guess decided she didn’t wanna help a black lady and walk back over to the first line and help 2 to 3 more people before I could put my order in. I thought that was egregious today and decided to make this review. I will never come here again mostly based on the service, but definitely based on the fact that I had to wait an extremely long time to get my order even though I had been in the drive-through before all three cars in front of me do better. My money is green just like everyone else’s.

The taste was immaculate and unlike anything I have ever had before. I asked the cashier who made my drink and she said a girl named Fatima. Shoutout to Fatima who made me drink so good. She is very nice and made my drink very fast. They should give her a raise. She singlehandedly made me a customer for life at this establishment.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
