We purchased 2 drinks and 2 donuts and they won’t even allow us to use the restroom. I had to find another restaurant near by to use the restroom. They are rude Hispanic guy working there. The matcha green tea was horrible not even sweet. Their donuts were dry. Not worth it. This is the Donkin Donut in La Sierra, Riverside Ca. I give them a 0 review.

I ordered a tea with steamed milk and I could just tell he wasn’t gonna do it I got a apprehensive n lousy “sure” when asked if he could steam the milk N low n behold I was correct and the sweetness level was sickeningly sweet yuck if I wanted a tea with plain ol milk I would’ve just made it at home. Weird experience every time here. Customer service is lacking and drink consistency.

Call the number on app and email them and they just tell me someone will reach out it’s been 3 weeks.
