Asking for a signature and then the card and just an unnecessary amount of verification for a customer that has been ordering for years. I decided to pick up the pizzas and they wouldn’t make the order without knowing the name of who’s picking it up. Not sure why since it’s paid online and a repeat customer. This week they wouldn’t start the order. I can order food and have it delivered to my door and nobody asks for the card ID or calls me to verify the order. If you don’t want to do online ordering don’t. Lost a customer - the other dominoes down the street don’t seem to make it difficult?

She later stated that when orders pass an hour they call the number to verify. If not, they cancel the order. Problem is, they canceled before the hour past, it was more like 30 minutes. Quoted time stated 25 minutes. I called immediately and that's where the manger went off script. Horrible experience, will never buy from Domino’s again.
