  en el app medijo que mi pedido estaba listo y tuve que esperar 10 min siempre ordeno en ese lugar ...The app told me my order was ready and I had to wait 10 minutes. I always order from that place...

  Absolutely dissatisfied with the service there all I asked is that my pizza be Square cut and well done, but they can’t even get that right this happens every single time and I go in there and tell them and they get very upset because they have to make a new pizza. And this is how they want a raise for fast food Workers yeah right please go back to school and learn how to take an order at least before you ask for more money. I guess that’s why they work at a fast food place and still can’t get it right

  I ordered a delivery order through the app just for them to not deliver my order and still take my money! (Including tip). When I went to the store next day to figure out what happened, they said that when the driver got to my house he called my phone and I didn’t answer so they canceled the order…. Which doesn’t make any sense because they still took the money and if it’s a delivery why wouldn’t you just leave it Infront of the door…? And that was a complete lie by the way because they NEVER called my phone (I checked the call log and there was nothing) and no car or person came to my house to deliver… they proceeded to tell me the same lie a couple of times… so I said just return my money, then they said that nobody, other than the supervisor can return the money, not even the manager… and I would have to come back a different time because the supervisor is not there. So I came back on a different day when the supervisor (Nipal) was there and I asked what happened again and they proceeded to tell me the same lie, then the supervisor decided to ask when did you order your food, and I said it was a Sunday late at night, he replied that they were closed at that time that’s why they didn’t deliver, to which I replied then why did the app let me order from your location and still took my money knowing damn well you guys are closed, and why are all your employees coming up with a random lie that they delivered the food when you guys were supposedly closed and nobody delivered the food at all. So I said, can you just return my money and he said that the system is down right now and he can’t do that (of course it is lol) he said to give him a couple of weeks and he will return the money, I waited 2-4 weeks and still nothing from them so I ended up disputing it with my bank account because I paid through card, and I got my money back, and that was that. Fast-forward a month later I go to order and they tell me that I can’t pay with card (at all anymore even in the future) because my account has been flagged because I’ve done a transaction dispute before. So now you’re mad at me because I got my money from my bank because you didn’t wanna give me my money back even though it’s your fault and you guys lied to me about the whole situation. And now I can only pay with cash from now on. And to top that off every time you order something from them they make a mistake in your order. One time I ordered 4 different pizzas and I got extra cheese (which is extra charge) on 1 of the 4 and the one with the extra cheese they sent it with light cheese lol which at this point, I just thought they were trolling me. Basically save your money and go to a different pizza store and save yourself the hassle of being robbed for your own money and not even being able to get a refund. I mean, I should’ve known better when they have a 3.7 stars reviews on Google.

  No matter what they always deliver late. I even ordered an hour ahead and scheduled the delivery…still over 20 minutes late. I like dominos but I’m not ordering from this location anymore.
