I ordered our pizza online and it seemed like our order was lost in the system. It went into prep and stayed there for about 40 minutes. After it came out of that, it was finished and delivered very quickly. The entire process from order to delivery took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. That seemed extreme to me based on past experiences. I even left a review on the actual site and have not received anything from Domino's in the way of an apology or reason. Very sad.
