Micro cursive "Congratulations Ritchie " They spelled his name wrong. Grandparents know how disappointed your grandkids are when they think you don't know how to spell their name. I called the same day to let the manager know of my disapointment, left my name and phone number- never received a return call. Sent an email to corporate, haven't heard back from them either. I guess once they have your money they could care less. This is definitely not my first disappointment with this company, but I think it's time to say it's my last :/ I hear Dairy Queen makes awesome ice cream cakes, will definitely have to try them next :D

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
