But today when we got there the lobby was closed at 3:30 pm so we decided to drive thru it and eat in the car. But then they also were not accepting online or app orders. So we went to the drive thru window to ask them to at least honor the deal prices and they said they could not. So if you guys don't want customers or sales for the day , just close. Horrible service.

Asked for two cups of melted cheese for fries, received one. Fry containers supposed to be large, both were half full. Drinks were supposed to be large, they were medium. Server was not concentrating on her job. Had us pull up to wait on food, near the door and nobody was behind us, or even ordering. She came out to hand us our food and as soon as she released the bag she was gone. They weren't busy. There was like 2 or 3 people inside. Scrappy service. Won't be back.
