  Not sure if they were short staff. But been stuck in the drive thru for almost 15 mins and I think the staff walked out :/ . I would try to get out of the drive thru but I’ve been stuck between cars.

  I placed an order for a family combo, but they canceled the delivery without refunding my money. I called the store, and they simply told me that I had to go pick up my order myself—even though I had paid for the delivery service, and they had even charged me for the tip. I ended up having to go get my order, and they didn't even offer an apology. What terrible service! The food is excellent, but the service is truly awful; I wasted time and money, and even had to spend gas money to go get it. Hice una orden de un combo familiar pero me cancelaron el delivery pero no me devolvieron el dinero me llame a la tienda y solo me dijieron que yo tenia que ir a recoger mi orden cuando yo estoy pagando por el delivery y asta la propina me cobraron.y yo tuve que ir por mi orden y ni si quiera se disculparon que mal servicio la comida es buenísima pero que mal servicio perdí tiempo dinero y todavía fui a gastar gasolina.

  The manager and staff were very nice. I don't understand how these nice people can serve burned food. Laura, the manager vowed to replace the meal but what about the inconvenience. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. Seven out of the twelve were burned. Only 2 people were able to enjoy the meal. My hubby was made @ me because I didn't check the chicken before I left. We didn't eat anything. Our evening was ruined.This has happened to us 2 times in the past @ 2 different locations. The proof is in the pictures.

  i ordered the street corn burrito bowl and was charged for the street corn salad. i didn’t realize till i got home and opened the bad that i was given the wrong item and charged for it. i went back to re order the correct item and offered to pay the difference and they gave me the wrong order AGAIN!!! i was given queso crunch burrito bowl not the street corn burrito bowl. This isn’t the first time im given a wrong item at this location!!! Such an inconvenience having to go back twice and not satisfied because they messed up . not sure how they misheard TWICE when i clearly specifically ordered the street corn burrito bowl and got TWO complete different items. Waste of gas and time and i’m still left hungry:(
