  Unacceptable service. My son and I walked in, all the employees looked up directly at us, yet not one spoke or said welcome, how can we help you. Nothing just stared and went back to what they were doing. Red flag. So I proceeded to the order counter, again no one came over to help us, so I started self ordering on their screen. While struggling with the screen to place my order a couple walks in and wow the employees immediately come over and say hello to them and proceed to placing their order. I literally couldn’t believe it. So I say, when we came in no one offered to help us. The employee then asks is the screen working, um duh don’t you see me still struggling. I ended up just leaving because I don’t spend my green money where my black skin isn’t welcomed. I hate to pull the race card as folks like to say, but come on now, let’s be real. Do better Dunkin!

  I honestly don’t understand how this Dunkin’ stays open. Every single time I come here and order the exact same thing, the price is somehow different. One day it’s one price, the next day it’s higher, then another day it’s something else. It feels like they’re just making up numbers at the register. On top of that, the service is painfully slow. Even when there’s barely anyone there, you end up waiting forever just to get a simple order. What should take a couple of minutes turns into a long, frustrating wait. Consistency and basic customer service shouldn’t be this hard. If you’re going to charge people different prices every day, at least explain why. Otherwise it just feels dishonest and disorganized. Definitely one of the most frustrating coffee shop experiences around.

  Shop was completely empty, placed an order for two sandwiches and waited close to twenty minutes.

  The girls the work there are so rude. I was ordering at the drive thru and they cut me off. Didn’t let me finish ordering. They have no matters. If you want to enjoy a donut don’t go there. They are mean and rude. Didn’t even give me a receipt. That place should start looking it to there employees.

  The donuts are generally good . The coffee is over rated IMO. I don’t like that the donuts sit out in the open with no glass or anything protecting them from dust, flies, cough droplets if people cough near the register. ( does up to ten feet) It’s unsanitary. My family members seem not to care. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The employees are always nice. Today though, we ordered a cream filled. My son found no cream until halfway through the donut and it was just a drop. It isn’t the fault of this particular location. I believe the donuts are brought there fresh each morning from where they are actually made. I definitely won’t pay extra for cream filled again. I prefer the crispy cream one that you can get from Ralphs. I had to edit after tasting their hash browns. They were soggy, cold, and greasy. You could probably wring the grease out of the nasty soggy things. Three of us tried them before tossing them in the trash where they belong.
