- WVWendy VApr 3, 20263.0I’m being generous considering my most recent experience. First, the good things. The drive thru is much less chaotic than the one by Riverside plaza. The line moves quickly and the employees are both friendly and good at their jobs. That gets three stars. Now, the problem. While Ihave previously liked the food, my last sandwich from there was barely edible. The bun was dry and crumbly. The chicken was so tough and grizzly that I had to throw most of it in the trash. I only ate a few bites of it. I am quite surprised by the drop in quality. I think I might be done with chik fil a.

Besides that every employee that I have encountered has always been the sweetest! I’m not sure if one of them who’s a guy, always looks his best is the manager but always attends every customer with good energy ! I would rate the food and service above a 5 star. They’re so quick, whether that be during my lunch or for breakfast before I go into work. The only thing I would consider a hassle is that it’s not indoor. That’s a different matter and more so on the type of construction they decided on when building this location
