We received the wrong order, so I sent my brother back to pick up the missing items. Before he arrived, I called the store hoping they could correct it. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t do anything and that I would need to call back on Monday. I even asked if they could simply remake the order and have my brother pay when he got there, but I was told no and that there was nothing they could do to help. This is now the second time in the past month that my order has been incorrect—once through the drive-thru and once with a mobile pickup. It’s frustrating to see such a consistent decline in accuracy and service. To make matters worse, Liz was not helpful and did not show much customer service effort during the call. It’s really disappointing to see Chick-fil-A slipping in both quality and service. I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but this level of inconsistency makes me hesitant to return.

Was told by staff they would only be able to replace one item instead of remaking the whole order even though we waiting twice through a packed drive thru line and the food was cold. Asked for a refund and they were struggling to give me one for 5 minutes at the window. Asked for the Main managers name and he only wanted to give me his first name. Would not recommend this chick fil a, I have had positive experiences in all other locations. It’s disappointing even the main manager cannot take accountability for his team, even worse he doesn’t want to give his name and he’s like 60 😂
