  Went in today after the movies with my sons first the guy at the door was to busy talking to his friends he turned around saw us all of his friends saw us and he said nothing so I sat my self down since it was pretty empty we sat towards the back the employees kept walking trying hard not to make eye contact one guy looked right at us for a bit yet no one asked if we had ordered so I decided to just leave .

  First AC was broke and I understand that happens but they could of opened the doors. 2 our tots came out burnt when the "manager" said his lead in the kitchen knew yet he still sent them out. After the "manager" told us that how they come out sometimes which I go to bww a lot and they NEVER have came out like that. Then my girlfriends father got the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken in the sandwich came out thinner than a piece of paper and burnt. Our waitress was amazing. The manager not so much.

  So I was there about a month ago complete letdown never even made it to as far as getting food because the service was so bad the way times were ridiculously long and half of the stuff on the menu. They said they didn’t have but anyways was looking to go there again today take the family out for dinner, but I have to say after reading the reviews, glad I didn’t put myself through that misery again ….just wanted to share…. Buffalo wild wings step it up or step out let somebody else come in that can provide the quality & service we need here in the Riverside!!

  Saw a video on social media how staff never seated them on a slow day, that just reminded me about my experience there a week ago, i showed up on a slow day at 11 pm tables were empty yet i waited 10 minutes and no one greeted us or attended us employees there just kept walking by without asking us anything, if the owner is reading this seriously you guys need new staff on that night shift you guys are horrible i ended up just walking out and going somewhere else

  Horrible Service! 40 minutes of wait for our food, when only another couple was in the building. Server Alyssa has a horrible attitude, clearly isn’t even capable of taking an order which is mind blowing because that’s her job to do. We are human so small mistakes are understandable. But the attitude and constant laziness is insane. Our order was wrong since the beginning. We went ahead and just ate it. Wasn’t a big deal, Ordered our fries multiple times stating we didn’t recieved them. Finished our wings, still didn’t recieved them. Charged us for it, no apology. Asked her to remove the fries from receipt. Wasn’t capable of doing that either. Still charged us the fries. Instead of the back and forth, we went ahead to pay. Horrible experience.
