Finally, the app said my order was ready. When I went to pick it up inside, I was told it would be another 10 minute wait! Why does the app not align with accurate wait times? Don’t tell me my order is ready in the app and then make me wait an additional 10 minutes! I was already waiting for a significant amount of time in my vehicle. I watched people walk in to order in person. I feel app orders are prioritized last, as in-person customers are there waiting. There obviously is not an efficient system for fulfilling app orders. I’ve never waited for sandwiches that long at any sandwich restaurant. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous, and for that reason, I will not be back. There was no apology for the additional wait despite my order being “ready” in the app.
