So I just came from this mcdonald's 10 mins ago or so. Used my reward for a free medium fries and got two double cheeseburgers. The girl who took my order messed up lol. She added a 2nd medium fries that I did NOT asked. Just only the 1 free medium. Was wondering why I have to pay $12.70 which I could've been paying at least $7 or $8. I know its only couple dollars the difference but I don't like it without my consent that a 2nd medium fries be added without my knowledge. But whatever. I will still go to this mcdonald's since its close by but Im gonna start making sure they make my order correct.

The worst service I've ever had anywhere! There was literally no service! Several times numerous employees including the manager on duty looked at us at the cash register but never greeted us or came to the register, not once! We ended up leaving without any service at all. It was about about 5:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon at the Riverbank McDonald's near Modesto.The dining room had one big family with a lot of children playing in the play area and the drive-thru had a lot of cars. All 10 employees were totally focused all on the drive-thru. Next time they need to focus some attention on their other customers inside their dining room! Shame on the dining room cashier. I understand helping out your crewmates but not at the Jeopardy of your other patrons and your own position.They were so bad they won't get a second chance from me!🤬
