We drive from Oakdale to get our food and drove home to eat. When we got home we started eating my son found hair in the fries and I found hair inside my cheeseburgers. I immediately called Five Guys and told them what happened. I told them I wanted my money back. They wanted me to drive back to do a refund I said no I wasn't coming back after I already drove back to Oakdale. They told me I could come back the next day with my receipt. When my husband went back the next day he asked to speak to a manger he was there for a refund. The employee told her manager he wanted to speak to her and she wouldn't go up to the register saying he didnt need to speak to her and what did he want like he couldnt hear her!! The girl stood there not knowing what to say my husband held up his receipt and she said he wants a refund. She was another manager than the night before so she tried to gave him a hard time telling him she couldn't give him a refund because he waiting to come back. We have been coming to the Riverbank location since it opened but we won't be coming back to this location.

On my most recent trip, I ordered two double bacon with cheese, and pickles. Our buns were very fresh and the burgers were cooked to perfection. The staff and this location is well trained, polite, and quite efficient. Our orders are always out in a timely fashion. If you are looking for a good burger in the Modesto/Riverbank area, then I highly suggest this five guys location
