  Was exactly what I was expecting. Took a bit longer than I would have liked, but it was really busy when I was there, so not their fault. Staff was polite. Food was good. Very convenient location as well.

  We ordered 2 drinks for pick up with a pick up time of 4:36pm and they made us wait for over 20 mins with no response after checking in, at this point it’s multiple customers they haven’t brought the food too including us all trying to get a hold of them and all we ordered was drinks for pick up. Then when we called they disconnected the phone. When we finally got our drinks the most unprofessional female walks up with the biggest attitude and all she has to say is well we can’t like stop orders! No apology! No proper speech! Nothing but the worst attitude I have ever seen how she even got hired with the lack of customer customers is comical. We visited today and the name on the screen was JUAN who brought the order at at almost 5PM. Also noticed the most nasty looking white film in it.

  I used to stop here often but quality has gone down like Jake Paul did against Anthony Joshua. Ex employee confirmed that the frying oil gets re-used for several days & the produce looks wilted. Take a good look at the fries & skip this location unless you just want a drink

  Ordered my food from the drive-thru window and was disappointed after discovering my fries and tater tots were cold, undercooked, and the chicken in my toaster sandwich was dry.

  I was patiently waiting in my car when an employee named Denise approached with a very negative attitude. She practically tossed the order at me and was extremely rude. I was really disappointed with the service at this Sonic location, and the food was also poorly made. I’m not sure what’s going on in the kitchen, but the quality was unacceptable tasted like uneducated kids making it please make sure the staff have the skills to make quality food.
