  Waste of time. Does not participate in free sandwich promo although it says online they do. Been nice if I received a call before driving to location. But I did find one in manteca 7 minutes away

  I came here a while ago and was very displeased about my experience. I went inside and ordered a wrap. When it came time to pay, the older Indian man told me that the chip reader didn’t accept bank of Stockton. It was my only form of payment and there should be a sign or have the chip reader fixed. Very weird. I told him I couldn’t pay for it and he made me feel uncomfortable by staring me down until I found a way to pay for it. It was the most uncomfortable situation. I believe he owns the subways, so it explains why he doesn’t care how he treats people. I hear that these subways don’t take online coupons, so don’t come here anyways. This subway deserves its ratings. How sad

  I placed an order at this Subway for a free footlong reward. They confirmed the order at 3:30 PM for a 4:30 PM pickup. However, at 4:15 PM—just 15 minutes before pickup—they canceled my order. I didn’t see the cancellation until I arrived at the restaurant. This is the second time this location has done this, and it seems like they do not want customers to use their rewards here. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

  I go here all the time cause it's walking distance from my job. It's always clean and usually not too busy.The people that work here could be a bit friendlier, but they're always nice and the sandwiches are always awesome!
