I’ve tried every Arby’s from San Diego to Eureka and the one in Rippon/Manteca is the best in the state. It’s not the food, it’s not the location, it’s the employees who make the difference. If this location hired a few more employees to fill the gap, they’d get five stars for a fast food restaurant, but the slow service is what holds them back.
