- KRKiki Reviews4 days ago1.0I’ve given this place so many chances but now I refuse to return. I understand they use 2 lines to maximize the cars going through (& their profit), fine. What I don’t understand is how I consistently get skipped in the line and cannot count how many times it’s several cars even that “jump” the line ahead of me. Then when I mention it, I get attitude or no acknowledgement of the mixup as if I’ve asked for a favor (like to jump the line or something??), when I’m not at all. I value my time, and this company does not, so I will take my time and money somewhere else ✌️

- JCJaime ChavezMar 10, 20261.0This is my first and last time at this Dutch Bros unfortunately. I ordered a drink and requested soft top. When I received my drink it had no soft top, which wasn’t an issue, however when my brother told the barista at the window that we thought we had ordered soft top on this drink, she, without a word, snatched the drink out of his hand. It was definitely kinda rude, but as someone who works in customer service, I felt her pain lol so didn’t really care about it that much. However, a minute later, our barista goes “here you go” and hands us the drink. When we received the drink, it had the SMALLEST layer of soft top I had ever seen on any drink in my life lol. At that point we just decided to just drive off because at that point, it just seemed like making the drink how we ordered it was an inconvenience to the barista at the window.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
