  Absolutely terrible experience. The staff member was an Indian lady who served me was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. When I asked her for extra toppings, she barely added any and made an obvious face, like it was a huge inconvenience to do her job. The attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I specifically asked for the sandwiches to be wrapped properly because there was a lot of sauce, and she was clearly annoyed by that request too. Surprise surprise — when I got home, the sandwiches were leaking everywhere. Sauce all over the wrapper, the bag, and basically ruined the meal. On top of the bad service, the sandwiches themselves weren’t even good. Sloppy, poorly made, and not worth the money at all. If you don’t want to serve customers or take simple requests seriously, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. I won’t be coming back.

  Made to-go order via app and asked for extra on certain add veggies. They gave even less than regular on both sandwiches.

  Tried to order #42, clearly states CHICKEN SALAD, the owners started saying i was ordering wrong because chicken salad means SHREDDED CHICKEN. Lost good customers

  Well, it was all ok until the lady there toasted my sandwich without asking, and slapped everything on my sandwich carelessly. The sandwich didn't taste right, especially the fact she put light mayonnaise instead of regular mayo which I asked for. Over all, bad.
