I've had conversations with a few of the staff for a second and they are very down to earth and helpful. Some days are better than others but my main issue is how rude the customers often are to the staff. Yes it gets busy but they try their best to keep up with everything. Is the food perfect of course not but it's fairly affordable and a quick treat for my kids.
