  double check your order!! theres no process or someone making sure the orders are being put out correctly needs better management or leadership to make sure jobs being done correctly! they take advantage of your urgency and when you get home or down the street you realize order is missing half the items !!

  As I’m arriving to get my food, I noticed That my good was still being made I got there a couple minutes early and I’m so glad I did the person making my food was not wearing any gloves. I felt really disgusted and just canceled my whole order when I asked the cashier if she understood why I’m canceling my order because the fact that they’re not wearing any gloves when touching the food and my buns from the Chicken sandwich I ordered were on top of the shelf with no nothing under and it’s being touched without Gloves she said they use gloves when they grab the frozen chicken How does that even make sense? So when they’re cooking the food there don’t wear gloves mind you they’re touching everything else. As she gave me my receipt because I canceled my order, I see the cook still not wearing gloves, grabs the Rags that they used to clean the countertop and take them to the back to rinse them with water again not wearing gloves, but it’s touching food It’s just very unprofessional And unsanitary for them to do maybe if they were cooking their own food but this is other people’s food that they’re cooking..

  Fav wingstop never an issue with my order and service is A1 especially the service from my guy w the dreads I forgot his name dude deserves a raise he takes care of customers with care 💯✅

  Recently I've been coming to various wingstops due to the chicken sandwich combo. It's very high in protein for a fast food chicken sandwich and a great price. This is the third time I've came to this location and received disappointing or inadequate service. Today was wild... four people that i could see on staff. Two of them on their phones. The other one leaning but didn't notice me standing there. One of the employees walked passed me and starting grilling the employee who was leaning. Mentioning how there was somewhere there. Yet i have still haven't even been greeted. The boy comes up and asks if its a pick up order or for here. Then says I'll grab as cashier for you. Never got a greeting, no upsell, and why doesn't anyone ever ask if the meal is for here at this location. Talking shit about how a customer spent 150 on wings should really be kept in the back. What do these people think pays them? That order... I am really into those chicken sandwiches. So let's see how next time goes.
