  When it comes to fast food, or any food for that matter consistency is everything, and Wendy's always provides the best tasting high quality fast food at every one I've ever visited. I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Meal (my fave) with spicy nuggets AND French fries! The spicy nuggets have just the right lil kick to make you refill your Dr Pepper again that's for sure. Their French fries are natural cut and always so fresh tasting and salty too, like french fries should be. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is one of the tastiest fast food burgers hands down. They have perfected however they prepare their bacon because it's always crisp and yummy. Their chocolate frosty is out of this world too, and having a choice of mixing any cola you choose on the drink fountain is so fun. Rialto Wendys is a really cool spot. Service is fast and friendly. Wendy's is always a good experience.

  Ordered from drive thru: a chicken combo and a double cheese combo. When I opened the burger box if was not a double cheese, but a single cheese instead. And I had to wait in the parking lot for my order like 15 minutes and my order was made wrong. Couldn't come back because the order was lunch for my son. I can't believe this happened. Single given instead of a double.

  Lady working the drive through was extremely rude, cut me off mid sentence multiple times, wasnt listening when I was at the speaker and was too busy having a conversation, made me drvr around the building multiple times in and out of the drive through for no reason despite there not being a line at all. It was just me and one other car yet she was acting like there was a line wrapped around the building. I was trying my best to be as patient as possible with her. But after receiving disrespect after disrespect I asked her what is going on here she just replies "I dont make the food its not my problem". Wasted my entire lunch break due to this incompetant women's shenanigans.

  It's 98 degrees the employees decided to make the ice cream first and the hot food last. All my frosty and ice cream desserts were completely melted. Disgusting I requested that they make new ones to replace mine. They refused said nothing was wrong with them.
