    For Fast food, the Food was hot and fresh, drinks were cold. Was a good place to stop and eat. Way better than the time before, awesome way to improve.

    I'm only giving it a three because the girl was nice at the window but the fact that you guys charge $3.99 for a 16 oz soda or 20 oz whatever it is absolutely ridiculous so warning don't buy your drinks here just go to the store and buy a 2 l or go to another store and get them for a dollar disgusting you greedy people

    I placed an order on the app and pulled into a stall to pick up the order. It wasn’t ready at the time promised, I don’t think they noticed the order until I checked in as it took over 20 minutes to bring it out. The employee that brought our order out seemed miserable and inconvenienced to have to bring out the order. We noticed two items missing from our order so I pushed the button to let them know. They immediately answered saying the stalls were closed and I had to order in the drive-thru. I told her that we had received our order already but two items were missing. She replied saying that they are not bringing orders out anymore and that I had to go through the drive-thru to get the missing items. There was a long line in the drive-thru at this point, so I was frustrated that they were inconveniencing me for their mistake. Even more frustrating though, while we waited in the drive-thru line, we seen the employee that brought our order out still bring orders out to other cars. It made no sense why they made us wait in line for the missing items stating they weren’t bringing orders out when it was clearly not true. Waiting in line took a ridiculously long time. From the time we pulled into the stall to the time it took to get the missing items took over 45 minutes and by the time we got home our food was cold. The fries we ordered were absolutely disgusting, they were darker than usual and tasted like they had been fried in old oil, we ended up throwing them away. I filled out the survey and requested to be contacted by someone but weeks later I still haven’t heard from anyone so they clearly don’t care. Coming here was a waste of time and money and I will never order from here again.

    Brought my kids because they wanted to try some drinks. I Did a mobile order for pick up thinking it would be faster pick up time was at 3:51pm parked and a young lady asked my name for the order said she would check. She had me and my husband wait not once did she come back on the speaker to say my order was ready nothing after waiting over 20 min in the car with no word back or my order being brought out to my spot my husband decided to get off the car and go inside. He showed a girl my online order receipt. The excuse was they didn’t see that order or encounter an order with those items. How are you going to say that if they are showing you my order and a confirmation number for that location. Why wasn’t I told through the speaker that when we gave her my name!? She proceeded to just take a picture of my order to go and make it after almost 45 min wasting my time outside thinking they were just super busy. we didn’t even get an apology! Nothing… And the drinks I ordered looked poorly made. My kids didn’t even finish them. First & Last time I go to this location I should’ve read the reviews before ordering from here.
