  This has got to be one of thee worst McDonald’s. As far as eating in. The drive-thru and pick up are okay- not the best but okay! However the inside is a whole other world. Yes they have a play place. But if you’re trying to pay cash good luck no body is ever at the counter, they want you to use the kiosk? On today’s visit they were out burgers except cheese burgers. You could not order any type of quarter pounder, or Big Mac or anything like that. Just chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches and cheese burger, they were also out pickles? They don’t have the drink fountain out so you have to ask for refills, they don’t have ketchup out and since they don’t think to bring you ketchup for your order you have to go to counter flag someone down in the back. Also no napkins available you gotta beg a worker for napkins cause they don’t bring those with your order. It’s mostly teens or younger people working here and if you interrupt their texting or whatever they’re doing on their phone they’ll give you stink eye. What happened to McDonalds?

  1130pm. No ice cream for cones. Is it too hard for a billion dollar company to have a LED sign saying " no ice cream' next to drive thru menu.

  What on earth is this places training standard? This has to be the worst McDonald's i have been to..I try to give it another try here and there but this location never fails to disappoint. I'm not sure if it is staffing or what but geeze this location sucks

  The worst unorganized really bad service place to eat at ..we’ve been waiting for our order for over 40 mins and still haven’t got it food was cold I just can’t ..they need to work on their customer service and being clean and organized..please help

  While going through the drive thru. I made a few orders and the young lady who was serving us acted short and often times didnt even answer us. We come here a lot and besides that one employee. Our food is almost always wrong. My partner has an allergy to mayo and we always ask for it to be removed but a lot of the time when we do get it removed, and its obviously on our order, they put it on there anyways. When we go up to the counter they look at us from the kitchen and keep doing whatever it is that they are do. And they completely ignore us. On average it always take 10-15 minutes for them to finally come out to the counter. When we do get the item replaced its almost always right the second time. But its as-if they read the substiution section of your order and disregard it. I have only ever met the manager once, as he was manning the counter one time. He was very polite, very accurate, and very quick with his service to us. My Advice is go-in! Order from the person behind the counter, and DO NOT LEAVE until youve checked your food and you make sure everything is correct. (Also if you go Monday through friday after 2pm be ready for inconsiderate loud middle-school and high-school kids.)
