Been here 3 times since moving from the harbor area and never had a good experience theres never anyone at the register the soda machine is always out of the popular sodas the straws and cup lids are all on the floor not restocked they seriously need better management and common sense

Ordering from here has been awful every time. The workers that work here are rude and like to talk over you, especially over the phone. I ordered an order online and it said it would take 16-21 minutes after 12 minutes I was at another location then where I ordered (my fault) but after I called this location to see if I could get a refund I was told I couldn’t because the food was already made. But the manger said after 15 minutes it was no longer refundable, but it was only 12 minutes after the ask for the refund. At another wing stop location they said any online orders were able to be refunded. I just really want to know what is the real answer to “Can I get a refund in this situation? ”

I was hopeful when I arrived and the wait time was only 18 minutes. The staff was nice but Unfortunately the cashier wasn't familiar with the menu and we had to repeat our order a few times and tell her what was in the combo. The soda fountain ran out of ice and there were no straws or cup lids available. I haven't gotten my food yet..15 minutes so far...but I will not be back
