Jonh G was so nice and kind, I was trying to use my WIC card for the 1st time and I was kind of lost with the products I could grab, I grabbed the wrong milk and Jonh went to bring it in for me. Also the manager RON helped me with some products! Good costumer service. Thank you for your patience..

I was shopping in the store with my husband, in the meat section, and while I continued shopping, the meat section manager and his assistant started following me as if I were going to steal the meat or the other items I was carrying. We felt annoyed and uncomfortable, so we decided to leave the merchandise because that's not right.

First off my family and I love shopping at Superior Grocers. However, today was an interesting experience as you will read below: Store was not busy whatsoever and young cashier Paola worked as comfortably possible to precisely mimick the exact urgency of a 🐢 Sadly, this type of futile work ethic is usually a direct reflection of inept management lacking "True Leadership" and after speaking with Ron who posed to be in charge... my expert observation was 💯% confirmed as his demeanor was completely dismissive of any valueable customer feedback. True Leaders are not insecure or defensive managers and understand feedback is not "JUDGING" because we are professionally capable of being receptive as we know this can present an opportunity to help us further develop and grow 😉 Anyhow, congrats to you Ron as I believe we both know you found the perfect company culture that suits your character just right!
