I went to pick up on time had to get in a long line even though I already ordered and paid. One line for everyone. I get to the counter after 32 minutes in line. I ordered 3 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizzas. I was told there was a mix up and the don’t have my cheese pizzas none of them. Asked how long would it take to make them. I was told they can’t but I can have either pepperoni or sausage pizzas. I asked if you can just not put pepperoni on the next 3 pizzas. I was told no but they can give me a refund. SERIOUSLY I have kids at home waiting for pizza. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I waited almost 2 hours to get NOT WHAT I ORDERED. The cashier was nice but I didn’t care at the moment. I just walked away. Very disappointed.
