They’re clearly incompetent and have no customer service skills whatsoever. After being hung up on by a different girl, I spoke to Serena on the phone who wasn’t any help at all. I called because I couldn’t find the grilled cheese sandwich on doordash. While trying to figure out a way to solve the problem she simply didn’t want to. She told me how busy it was so she didn’t have the time to help me…someone who is also a frequent paying customer. So I said fine and just asked for the price of one of the sandwiches to which she responded “I can’t check right now, we’re really busy”….then asked a customer in person if they “had a question for her” while she was still on the phone with me..WHO DOES THAT?? I wish I could put 0 stars for customer service
