Not notifying customers with signage is NOT fine. When I contacted the manager to request a sign be posted out of courtesy to customers I was told that ownership refuses to put up a sign even though many customers have complained and made requests for a sign. _________________________ RESPONSE TO OWNER- I LEFT A COMPLAINT ON THE MCDONALD'S FEEDBACK LINK BUT NO RESPONSE TELLING ME THAT CUSTOMER FEEDBACK MUST NOT BE A CONCERN. IT'S FINE. NO MORE MCDONALD'S FOR ME AND I'LL MAKE SURE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS.
