What's the point of being able to order through the app, arriving and checking in, and still having to wait 20 minutes for someone to bring your small breakfast order out? We ordered at 7:30am, arrived at 7:40am. It's 8:00am now and we've been standing inside waiting 20 minutes for our breakfast. Now I'm going to be late for work. If you're looking for FAST FOOD, they're about the SLOWEST you can expect, even when they have a full back of house. Just wasting people's time for subpar service at a high cost.

Edit: To respond here's my feedback. No thanks. Our Family ate there 2x a week on avg. You lost thousands of annual in come over a few pcs of bacon and a fish patty that costed you what, 50 cents? You should have hired better managers.
In the last year and a half this place has lost what made it good, the service. This was once the McDonald's to go to vs the nearby options. Now we have Managers lying about orders and ruining the trust.
