  We ordered a Big Mac and it was made sloppily. It wasn’t even assembled in the correct order and the cheese was missing completely. I understand that it gets busy in the drive through but we were asked to wait in the parking lot to get our drive thru order, we waited for quite some time and then our food was made without care. Please do better.

  This place is ridiculous when it comes to mobile orders. The wait for indoor pickup and curbside is ridiculous. If you park in curbside and are the only one in a spot and someone else shows up after you, they get their food first. This place is also ridiculous about closing the store and not communicating with the mcdonalds app to place the store as closed so you are not able to place an online order. I ordered online since the app said the store was open and I came to the store to pickup my food and to my surprise the location was closed with no employees in site. I had to walk into the drive through and there was an Orkin truck and worker at the entrance of it and he told me had just sprayed so they had to close down since they couldn't cook after he sprayed. I went to the drive through window after talking to the Orkin worker and I tried to get their attention and when they finally looked I asked if they can have my food transfered to another location and I was told no. That I had to cancel my order and wait for a refund. The phone number to this location is also disconnected so you cant even talk to an employee without having to go to the drive through window. I do not recommend this location.

  Pésimo servicio la tipa que hace las órdenes te hablan como si les estás pidiendo algo regalado es horrible sentirte así asta miedo da pedirles algo por que te miran con cara de enojadas hise mi orden por la bocina y me trataron súper mal no podía ni preguntar por algo por qué me contestaba enojada son unas groseras

  Only get one sauce for 6pc nugget even though I purchased a whole Big Mac and large fries I only get one sauce for the nuggets no sauce for any other of the food, it’s an extra “charge” of ¢25 a sauce cup. Crazy the manager is probably pocketing those extra cents. And then had the audacity to give me old stale fries I came at 11:20 pm 40 min before they closed you telling me you couldn’t drop fresh fries and gave me some old ones that probably have been sitting for over 30 minutes is what they taste like. At least give me extra sauce to eat these old soggy fries. The night crew here sucks so bad it’s not the first time I try to get food after work and it’s terrible im going to stop coming to this location. If you are apart of the night team and happen to read this you guys suck at your job.
