  While going through the drive thru. I made a few orders and the young lady who was serving us acted short and often times didnt even answer us. We come here a lot and besides that one employee. Our food is almost always wrong. My partner has an allergy to mayo and we always ask for it to be removed but a lot of the time when we do get it removed, and its obviously on our order, they put it on there anyways. When we go up to the counter they look at us from the kitchen and keep doing whatever it is that they are do. And they completely ignore us. On average it always take 10-15 minutes for them to finally come out to the counter. When we do get the item replaced its almost always right the second time. But its as-if they read the substiution section of your order and disregard it. I have only ever met the manager once, as he was manning the counter one time. He was very polite, very accurate, and very quick with his service to us. My Advice is go-in! Order from the person behind the counter, and DO NOT LEAVE until youve checked your food and you make sure everything is correct. (Also if you go Monday through friday after 2pm be ready for inconsiderate loud middle-school and high-school kids.)

  Horrible service will not be coming back, the little girls have the worst attitude and customer service, charged me an additional $25c per sauce when they didn’t even put the sauce that comes with my order in the bag. Pulled me toward to wait

  Order on the app and selected drive thru and the order went through. when i arived to the location it was close and the drive thru was blocked off idk why they would let you order on the app for this location if its closed Wasted my time. Caution when order for this location.

  Horrible service they hold their food way too long everything is stale and soggy when I came inside last time I waited 45 mins for my mobile order and the whole shift is arguing when elderly customers about their bad service even the manager was cursing at the old woman she was a short blondeish white girl (manager) wasnt gonna leave a review about that instance until I came in today and the same employees are being lazy taking my money for my food making me wait 30 mins in line asking for my code then denying me service saying their was an IT issues because they can't handle the rush I've worked in fastfood for years and never have I ever seen such a lazy restaurant with bad attitudes the woman was claiming she can't ring up my order even though my order was already paid for on the app they speak to us like we've never worked in fastfood and were clueless... If my order was cancelled due to some false it issues my card wouldn't have been charged at all but I still haven't received a refund and they were serving other cars 0/5 stars I will be contacted higher ups praying they while thru these lazy employees and start fresh manager included
