- VSVictor Subandhi3 days ago1.0Never one to bash other establishment as I own few businesses. This was one of special place for my Daughter. She even asked for CAVA as soon as she was done w/ chemo. However, last visit was anything but. We went and even took our nieces who never been here. W/o reasons, no warnings, discussion but with full recklessness; staff slammed a chair next to us so hard while we were dining and made our sick 10 yo cried on the way home. How hard is it to give a simple courtesy if we were being rude or misbehave as customer? We would gladly comply or apologize. Staff seem to be focusing on closing since all the chairs were up instead of serving when its only 8:30PM. Management need some serious work, F&B is not for the faint of heart, please have them immediately seek other occupation if they doesnt understand the philosophies within and maintain them. This was HORRID experience! Completely unacceptable!

I would recommend going as soon as they open as service is better early than in the afternoon/evening. Thank you Julian and Vanessa for helping out with my large workplace order

I’ve driven home to find that they made me the wrong thing all around. I drove back and waited to have someone fix it and didn’t receive even a hint of an apology. It’s just a bummer, honestly. Today I had a birthday reward so I added on a blondie… not only was that missing but so was my free pita. I guess I can finally say that I’ve had enough and my lesson has been learned. Cava… we could’ve been great together…
