Sadly, after never having a problem here before, I had a very poor experience today involving inconsistent pricing and billing errors. I was overcharged at the register compared to the price quoted by the staff, and the manager was unhelpful when I tried to clarify the discrepancy. Additionally, my request for a split payment was ignored, and the total was charged to one card against my instructions. I was forced to request a refund and am disappointed by the lack of professional communication from management. I expected much better service based on my previous visits.

This is my local restaurant and I’m glad that one was made here in the City of Rialto. However, employees are SUPER rude! They don’t like to explain anything on the ingredients they just tell you to look on the pictures of the glass and they’re in a rush to complete your order. Today, I made a mobile order so that I won’t get an attitude and they forgot 1 bowl! They offered free chips and a drink… like really?!! Do better at hiring CAVA!
