Tonight, I ordered the Hawaiian chicken pizza and it came with peppers and tomatoes, no pineapple. I misread the description and didn’t realize it came with tomatoes (my mom is allergic). I decided to call because this was not the pizza I ordered. After speaking with the manager (I wish I caught her name), we came to the conclusion that I had gotten this pizza confused with the bbq chicken pizza but she was very understanding. She explained that the pizza I ordered was correct (except they actually did forget pineapples). Well, she was very understanding and took offered me a credit for next time, simply because they forgot the pineapple. Not only is the pizza great, so is the customer service! Long story short, I won’t be using my free pizza credit, but I will be ordering from Big T’s again! Thanks Big T’s staff. 😋 🍕

Just put it this way every time I asked a question of this young woman she had to put me on hold to go ask from the time they stay open till and if they have meat ravioli. Etc she then asked me to hold I heard her talking to somebody and then she hung up No thanks!
