  this location sucks they ask how many sauce you want and give you zero not very friendly some don’t even say my pleasure i guess they expect me to eat mac with my hands because no utensils either. i ask for extra extra pickle because they’re super expensive so why not and they gave me 4. they suck don’t go here

  We came to get a quick bite to eat after shopping for Easter. It was myself, my father and my 2 year old. Service was fast , when we sat down we asked for more sauces and the service member was a gentleman gave us no hassle and brought our food. Towards the middle of our dinning , Bella greeted us and asked if we were doing okay and if she could grab us anything else , we politely said we were good 😊 and she noticed my two year old hadn’t finished her nuggets yet, she cheerfully said they looked yummy and if she finished her food she could have a balloon. My daughter excitedly finished then looked for Bella when she was done. Bella took her to get not one but TWO balloons. My daughter calls them (baboons). She left with a huge smile, and on our way out Yanice (hopefully I spelled that right) gave her a complimentary apple juice her favorite. This has been the best experience at any location so far mane will be our new favorite spot thank you for a wonderful night, we’re in the process of moving and it’s been a rough few weeks so this was a great night to relax.

  First time visiting this location, did a carry out order. The demeanor of the employees was friendly (as usual). The food came right to me as I waited inside. My only complaint was that my coffee order did not arrive with the food and there was a long delay with getting the coffee. After inquiring about it with the employee who brought my food, it didn’t appear that anyone manning the stations was making the coffee order. After several employees asked if I had been helped and I responded that I was waiting for my coffee, it took a manager to finally nail down an employee to make the drink. This took about 5-6 minutes additional wait. I guess in future visits, if your entire order does not arrive together, you should immediately inquire to the manager instead of waiting (which might be a given in the lunch rush). This is the first time it happened to me at a Chick-Fil-A location.

  Loved it. We stopped at Chick-fil-A for lunch on a trip from Palm Desert to Burbank. I wanted a salad and recalled how much I enjoyed my salad at another location months ago. I ordered their Market Salad. It comes with grilled chicken. You can request fried chicken if desired. I like all the fruit in this salad and I like the apple cider vinegar dressing as well. Every single employee I encountered at this location were so cheery and helpful. Only annoying part was some teenagers in a booth eating and being noisy - like teenagers. I was one too once. Try this salad - you might love it as well
