  Service during transaction was good but food took awhile to get. Due to the temp of my cheesesteak I’m assuming it got done well before my wife’s wings. I ate what I could of the sandwich before getting over it then ate one of my wife’s wings. OMG I don’t know how the heck she ate any of them they were so frikin salty I’m surprised my hands weren’t swollen this morning. No more Charley’s for Us.

  First off this Charleys Cheesesteak has poor customers service. I called spoke to a supervisor Jessica. And asked if they wrap bottom of ice cream cone . She said with a napkin or use gloves. I said well the employee did not do either. So she took my money and grabbed cone with her bare hands. She also was not real smart in taking order. I stopped going to this location. As it became more frustrating dealing with the help. Plus mess up on orders. But tonight I gave another try. Then I dealt with the young girl in drive thru. When I called spoke to Jessica supervisor..She didnt seem very knowledgeable. Said dont have a GM. And dont know who owner is. I think these two need better training. And food handling class. Dont touch dirty money then food wity bare hands then hand to customer.

  Fix your hours I just drove 20 minutes for nothing. Stop trying to charge for dipping sauces too, that’s insane especially when a meal is $20.

  Cheese steaks bread to meat off. Would have been $9 for small cheese steak but I got online coupon 2 for 12 and came with fries. With coupon price ok. But normal price would have been too expensive for quantity and quality.
